1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and daybet33 ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the daybet33 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using the daybet33 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of daybet33, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by daybet33 or by any regulatory authority including PAGCOR.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

daybet33 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to meet or maintain these requirements. Providing false information regarding your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the daybet33 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active daybet33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Identity Verification (KYC): daybet33 may require you to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of address to verify your identity. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Account Transfers: daybet33 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your daybet33 account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify daybet33 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

daybet33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from daybet33 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

daybet33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations, including losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on daybet33 is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. daybet33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Deposits are generally credited to your daybet33 account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. daybet33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will only be processed once all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied.
• daybet33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.
• daybet33 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms will be voided and the relevant account suspended.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, daybet33 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. daybet33 reserves the right to withhold bonuses where abuse is suspected.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per eligible player.
• daybet33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Players who self-exclude or request account closure forfeit any outstanding bonus balances.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the daybet33 Platform, including Monster Hi-Lo, Fortune Snake, Bingo, Slots, and Live Casino titles, operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness.

The following rules apply to gameplay on daybet33:

• Game results are final once confirmed by the daybet33 system. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the daybet33 server, the server record shall be the definitive record.
• Players must not use any software, tool, bot, script, or other automated means to gain an unfair advantage in any game on daybet33.
• Collusion between players in any game, including live dealer games, is strictly prohibited.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in each game's information panel. Actual results may vary from stated RTP over short play sessions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the daybet33 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the daybet33 Platform. Any such bugs must be reported to customer support immediately.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using daybet33 bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing daybet33 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

daybet33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the daybet33 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the daybet33 Platform without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, daybet33 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude daybet33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to daybet33. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the daybet33 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

daybet33 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

13. Amendments

daybet33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the daybet33 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the daybet33 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent daybet33 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
